HOW DO I PAY?
The relevant currency is determined by your delivery destination, but the invoice and refunds will be processed in Euro. In Romania, the payment will be accepted in the local currency.
1) At Tenue de Saf store, inside Iulius Mall Shopping Center Timisoara. You can pay cash or by credit card. For products that are not in stock and you would like to order, we require 30% advance payment which will be added to the rest of the payment, at delivery.

Products are sold through www.bardash-shop.com. Products are our own design and production, in the original packaging, delivery and accompanied by an invoice (and/or tax receipt) and the conditions of returns.
Maximum amount of damages that can be paid to any our customer in case of failure or improper delivery is the amount received from this client.
This agreement is subject to Romanian law. Disputes arising from the interpretation and execution of this contract shall be settled amicably, and if an agreement is not reached in this way, we will appeal to the competent courts.

CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY:
The warranty conditions are ensured in accordance with Law 449/2003 and O.G. 21/1992.
The customer is obliged to handle the product in accordance with the recommendations and guidelines given by BARDASH COLLECTION SRL. Any violation of these invalidates the warranty.
When the guarantee request is made, it is necessary to have: the defective product, without wearing signs, in its original packaging with all the tags attached, accompanied by the following documents: copy of the invoice and warranty certificate in original.
If the requesting customer fails to observe these provisions, the products will be returned to this customer, without partial or total refund guarantee.
Warranty period offered by the company BARDASH COLLECTION SRL is 30 days from the date of purchase.
