CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
The warranty conditions are ensured in accordance with Law 449/2003 and O.G. 21/1992.
The customer is obliged to handle the product in accordance with the recommendations and guidelines given by BARDASH COLLECTION SRL. Any violation of these invalidates the warranty.
When the guarantee request is made, it is necessary to have: the defective product, without wearing signs, in its original packaging with all the tags attached, accompanied by the following documents: copy of the invoice and warranty certificate in original.
If the requesting customer fails to observe these provisions, the products will be returned to this customer, without partial or total refund guarantee.
Warranty period offered by the company BARDASH COLLECTION SRL is 30 days from the date of purchase.
For Timisoara, products can be taken directly from the store Tenue de Saf, Iulius Mall, 1st floor.
For the products available in stock, shipping time is 3-6 working days and 4-8 working days in the countries outside the UE, from the time you order on www.bardash-shop.com. For the products out of stock, and especially for the “custom made ” products, the delivery time will be 7-10 working days plus shipping time, from the time when you placed your order. Integrity of the content must be checked at delivery, and a statement of facts must be completed to receive complaints regarding the received package. Any further complaints, on these aspects are void.
National and international shipment deliveries are made through DPD. If the product does not arrive due to the shipping company, the loss is sustained by us and we will send another product in the shortest time or will we return the full amount.
For special Express service (1 working day), you will pay a surcharge that will be added to your invoice if the service is requested and accepted, by email exclusively at email@example.com. Please note that the DPD Express refers only to the shipping time itself.

For the non EU countries, customs duties must be found directly from the local customer where the delivery is made.
Final purchase price for orders shipped outside the EU will be calculated with your local VAT- at checkout.
All prices are final and include transport, insurance, package, and all the formalities necessary for shipment. Please keep in mind that the risk of the products is supported by our company for the initial shipping, but not for returns.
Products purchased from a distance can be returned according O.G. 130/2000. The consumer is entitled to notify in writing that he cancels the purchase without penalty and without any reason within 10 working days after receiving the product. The notification is registered only if sent at our email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunding will be made in the same bank account of the initial payment was made, or cash to Tenue de Saf, Iulius Mall Timisoara. We do not accept the return products that have physical changes, signs of wear, no labels and original packaging and so on. We do not accept packages for which the shipping payment has not been made.
